What is the typical timeline for completing a project?
The duration of the project depends on various factors including the choice of finishes and materials. Typically, a 2-bedroom apartment (2BHK) is completed within 55 days, while a 3-bedroom apartment (3BHK) takes about 85 days, following the finalisation and approval of all designs.
Is the quotation negotiable?
Our rates are fixed to reflect the high-grade materials we use and the uncompromised quality of workmanship and warranties we provide. However, we encourage you to inquire with our team about any current promotions that you may be able to take advantage of.
What is included in the Design Only package?
Our Design Only package begins with a comprehensive consultation to understand your requirements, followed by the creation of functional 2D layouts. Upon your approval of these layouts, we proceed to develop 3D designs for all the designated spaces (excluding bathrooms and balconies) and refine these designs until they meet your satisfaction. The final package includes detailed Electrical drawings, POP Drawing, Carpentry drawings, as well as selection assistance and ongoing support via calls to ensure seamless execution of your design vision.
Can the initial estimate change?
Once the initial estimate is provided, we design the space according to your specifications and budget. Should you choose to upgrade materials during the design process, we will adjust the estimate accordingly and provide you with a final version. Any changes to this estimate post-approval would only occur at your request for further material upgrades or scope expansion.
